For a blog, what matters most is stability, fast page loads and a simple control panel. Affordable WordPress-ready hosting is usually enough.
A WordPress blog runs great on shared hosting from $1–3/mo: NVMe disks, free SSL and caching keep pages fast even as traffic grows. Once your audience passes 20–30K visitors a day, it's worth moving to a VPS.
Bottom line: for most projects in Ukraine the ideal VPS means NVMe storage, 99.9%+ uptime, a convenient panel and support in your language. Start with the ranking leaders above and compare them side by side.

Frequently asked questions
Affordable and stable: a WordPress blog runs fine on shared hosting from $1–3/mo with NVMe disks, free SSL and caching. Heavy resources aren't needed.
When traffic consistently exceeds 20–30K visitors a day or pages start to lag at peak. Until then, shared hosting handles it well.
From $1–3/mo for a WordPress-ready shared plan. That's enough to start and grow; a domain is often free with annual payment.
Enable caching, choose hosting with NVMe and fresh PHP, optimize images and add a CDN. Load speed affects both readers and search rankings.
