PaaS hosting 2026: deploy your app in a couple of clicks

PaaS (Platform as a Service) is the fastest way to launch an app: push your code from GitHub and the platform builds, deploys and scales it with no server setup. Perfect for prototypes, MVPs and vibe-coded projects.

Unlike a VPS, with PaaS you don't administer a server, set up Nginx or track OS updates — the platform handles it all and you pay for actual resource usage. Railway, Vercel, Netlify and Render are the most popular options for deploying apps from Lovable, Bolt, v0 or Cursor. Railway stands out for its simplicity (deploy in minutes), database and background-worker support, and regions in the US, Europe (Amsterdam) and Singapore. When a project grows and you need predictable pricing, you move to your own VPS (see the Vibe-coding category).

Bottom line: for most projects in Ukraine the ideal VPS means NVMe storage, 99.9%+ uptime, a convenient panel and support in your language. Start with the ranking leaders above and compare them side by side.

Frequently asked questions

PaaS is a platform that builds and deploys your app with no server setup. A VPS gives you a bare server with root access that you administer yourself. PaaS is simpler to start with; a VPS is cheaper and more flexible at scale.
The Hobby plan starts at $5/mo (includes $5 of usage), then you pay for actual resource consumption. New users get $20 in credit via our link.
Yes — it's ideal for a prototype and MVP: push your repo from Lovable, Bolt, v0 or Cursor to GitHub and Railway deploys the app in minutes, with no server.
When traffic grows and the usage bill exceeds a fixed VPS price, or when you need full control over the environment, a heavy backend or your own database. Then see the Vibe-coding and VPS categories.
