Scoring criteria
Each host is scored on five objective parameters (each on a 0–100 scale):
- Speed — server and disk (NVMe) response time, performance under load.
- Stability (uptime) — actual availability and adherence to the stated SLA.
- Price/quality — plan cost relative to resources and the market.
- Support — speed and quality of responses, language and channels.
- Ease of use — control panel, onboarding simplicity, documentation.
The final score is a weighted average of these parameters. Ranking position (order) is set editorially from the scores and does NOT depend on whether a host has an affiliate program.
Data sources
- Technical metrics — speed, uptime and configuration measurements, refreshed regularly.
- Real customer reviews — 2000+ verified reviews; new ones added via Google sign-in.
- Official host data — plans, data-centre locations, service line-up.
Real reviews
Reviews are a key part of the score. We imported thousands of historical reviews and accept new ones only from Google-authenticated users (protection against manipulation). Each review carries a good/bad verdict and per-criterion ratings. We don't remove substantive negative reviews.
Independence & transparency
Our editorial team is owned by no host. Some links to host websites are affiliate links (we may earn a commission). This does NOT affect the score or position: the ranking is formed by the criteria above before any partnership. The rating score (number) and the list position are independent.
Updates
Scores and the ranking are reviewed regularly. If a host slips on speed, uptime or support it drops; if it improves it rises. The ranking is living, not set once and forever.
5 criteria (speed, stability, price/quality, support, ease) + real reviews → a weighted score. Affiliate links do not affect position.
