About the category

Hosting budget in Europe

A curated selection: Hosting budget in Europe. We picked providers matching these criteria and sorted them by rating and real reviews.

What matters about this combination of criteria: Budget plans suit small projects with no overpaying. European sites combine low latency to UA with GDPR compliance.

Bottom line: for most projects in Ukraine the ideal VPS means NVMe storage, a 99.9%+ SLA, a convenient panel and support in your language. Start with the ranking leaders above and compare them side by side.

How we test

  • 1We measure performance across plans
  • 2We check support response times
  • 3We read real reviews, not “we love everything”
  • 4We analyse refund policies
  • 5We update the ranking monthly

Frequently asked questions

A low price isn't always bad. For a blog or landing page, a budget server (1–2 GB RAM, NVMe) is plenty. The key is to check uptime and support availability, not just price.
Low cost comes from the location (cheaper data centre rent), denser client packing or the absence of managed services. That's fine for small projects, but verify the virtualization type.
European data centres combine solid infrastructure, GDPR compliance and low latency to a Ukrainian audience (25–40 ms). It's the optimal balance of price, speed and stability.
Germany (Frankfurt) is Europe's largest internet hub with the best infrastructure. The Netherlands offers permissive law and proximity to UA. Poland is the cheapest option with low latency.
It's a resource package you split into separate accounts and resell to clients under your own brand. The provider runs the servers; you handle sales and support for your clients.
It gives you a client-account management panel (WHM over cPanel or ISPmanager), white-label and the ability to set your own pricing. Regular hosting is meant for your own sites.

Очень быстро реагируют на тикеты, в любой момент ответят на Ваш вопрос. В общем лучшей поддержки я еще не видел, в сравнении с моим предыдущем хостингом где за поддержку нужно было платить если что-то серьезное, то это небо и земля.
