About the category
Hosting budget with SSL with ISPmanager
A curated selection: Hosting budget with SSL with ISPmanager. We picked providers matching these criteria and sorted them by rating and real reviews.
What matters about this combination of criteria: Budget plans suit small projects with no overpaying. SSL encrypts data and gives HTTPS — without it browsers flag the site as unsafe. ISPmanager is a convenient localized panel with a lower licence cost.
Bottom line: for most projects in Ukraine the ideal VPS means NVMe storage, a 99.9%+ SLA, a convenient panel and support in your language. Start with the ranking leaders above and compare them side by side.

Frequently asked questions
A low price isn't always bad. For a blog or landing page, a budget server (1–2 GB RAM, NVMe) is plenty. The key is to check uptime and support availability, not just price.
Low cost comes from the location (cheaper data centre rent), denser client packing or the absence of managed services. That's fine for small projects, but verify the virtualization type.
SSL encrypts data between the site and visitor, providing HTTPS and the browser padlock. Without it, browsers flag the page as 'not secure' and search lowers your rankings.
Yes, for blogs, landings and most sites free Let's Encrypt with auto-renewal is perfectly fine. A paid certificate is only needed by stores and banks.
A control panel popular in Ukraine and the CIS, with a full feature set: sites, databases, email, users. It supports a Ukrainian interface.
A lower licence cost and localization. They're functionally similar, so ISPmanager is a good choice if you want cPanel-level features for less, especially on a VPS.
