Frequently asked questions

Faster loads and more stability: static assets are served from the server nearest the visitor, cutting latency and load on your main host.
If your audience is in one region — not necessarily. But for an international audience, media-heavy sites or traffic spikes, a CDN noticeably improves speed.
With a 99.9%+ uptime SLA, daily backups, priority support and guaranteed resources (KVM VPS or dedicated server). Stability matters more than the lowest price.
An SLA is a service-level agreement where the provider guarantees specific uptime (e.g. 99.9%) and compensation if breached. For business it's a legal reliability guarantee.
European data centres combine solid infrastructure, GDPR compliance and low latency to a Ukrainian audience (25–40 ms). It's the optimal balance of price, speed and stability.
Germany (Frankfurt) is Europe's largest internet hub with the best infrastructure. The Netherlands offers permissive law and proximity to UA. Poland is the cheapest option with low latency.

Good

Bad
