A curated selection: Dedicated servers budget with a free trial with DirectAdmin on Windows with DDoS protection. We picked providers matching these criteria and sorted them by rating and real reviews.

What matters about this combination of criteria: A dedicated server is 100% of a physical machine's resources with no neighbours. Budget plans suit small projects with no overpaying. A trial lets you test the server before paying, with no risk. DirectAdmin is a lightweight, fast panel that saves server resources. Windows Server is needed for 1C, MS SQL, ASP.NET and .NET apps. DDoS protection filters attack traffic before it reaches the server.

Bottom line: for most projects in Ukraine the ideal VPS means NVMe storage, a 99.9%+ SLA, a convenient panel and support in your language. Start with the ranking leaders above and compare them side by side.

Frequently asked questions

When you need guaranteed resources with no neighbours: high-load sites, large databases, rendering, video processing. When a VPS no longer suffices or maximum performance matters.

A dedicated server is a full physical machine just for you. A VPS is a virtual slice of a physical server shared with others. Dedicated costs more but gives 100% of the resources.

A low price isn't always bad. For a blog or landing page, a budget server (1–2 GB RAM, NVMe) is plenty. The key is to check uptime and support availability, not just price.

Low cost comes from the location (cheaper data centre rent), denser client packing or the absence of managed services. That's fine for small projects, but verify the virtualization type.

A trial is free access for a few days (often with no payment). Money-back means you pay but can get a refund within 14–30 days if it doesn't suit you. Both protect you from a bad purchase.

It depends on the provider. The most convenient offers are 7–10 days with no card required. Others ask for details but don't charge until the trial ends.

Good

Реально за 4 года пользования только раз в поддержку пришлось обратиться, и то вопрос решили быстро. А так даже обращаться нет смысла, хостинг просто работает как положено.
