Frequently asked questions

Joomla 5 needs PHP 8.1+, MySQL 8 / MariaDB 10.4+, enabled extensions (GD, cURL, mbstring, SimpleXML) and at least 1 GB RAM. Most hosts meet these out of the box.
Yes, most providers offer Softaculous or their own installer that sets up Joomla in a few clicks. Updates are also done from the panel with no manual work.
A low price isn't always bad. For a blog or landing page, a budget server (1–2 GB RAM, NVMe) is plenty. The key is to check uptime and support availability, not just price.
Low cost comes from the location (cheaper data centre rent), denser client packing or the absence of managed services. That's fine for small projects, but verify the virtualization type.
European data centres combine solid infrastructure, GDPR compliance and low latency to a Ukrainian audience (25–40 ms). It's the optimal balance of price, speed and stability.
Germany (Frankfurt) is Europe's largest internet hub with the best infrastructure. The Netherlands offers permissive law and proximity to UA. Poland is the cheapest option with low latency.
