Frequently asked questions

OpenCart needs PHP 8+, MySQL/MariaDB on NVMe and SSL for payment security. A small store fits on powerful shared hosting; thousands of products need a VPS from 2 GB RAM.
Up to a few hundred products comfortably. If the catalogue grows to thousands or traffic is heavy, the database starts to lag — time to move to a VPS with dedicated resources.
With a 99.9%+ uptime SLA, daily backups, priority support and guaranteed resources (KVM VPS or dedicated server). Stability matters more than the lowest price.
An SLA is a service-level agreement where the provider guarantees specific uptime (e.g. 99.9%) and compensation if breached. For business it's a legal reliability guarantee.
European data centres combine solid infrastructure, GDPR compliance and low latency to a Ukrainian audience (25–40 ms). It's the optimal balance of price, speed and stability.
Germany (Frankfurt) is Europe's largest internet hub with the best infrastructure. The Netherlands offers permissive law and proximity to UA. Poland is the cheapest option with low latency.

Good
