A curated selection: VPS hosting for business in the Netherlands with cPanel. We picked providers matching these criteria and sorted them by rating and real reviews.

What matters about this combination of criteria: A VPS gives dedicated resources and root access — full control over the server. Business needs a 99.9%+ SLA, backups and priority support. The Netherlands (Amsterdam, AMS-IX) has excellent connectivity and permissive law. cPanel simplifies managing sites, databases and email with no command line.

Bottom line: for most projects in Ukraine the ideal VPS means NVMe storage, a 99.9%+ SLA, a convenient panel and support in your language. Start with the ranking leaders above and compare them side by side.

Frequently asked questions

A VPS gives you dedicated resources (CPU, RAM, disk) and root access — you fully control the server. Shared hosting splits resources between sites and limits configuration.

Entry plans start at $1.5–4/mo for 1 vCPU and 1–2 GB RAM. A full-site configuration (2 vCPU, 4 GB RAM, NVMe) runs around $6–12/mo.

With a 99.9%+ uptime SLA, daily backups, priority support and guaranteed resources (KVM VPS or dedicated server). Stability matters more than the lowest price.

An SLA is a service-level agreement where the provider guarantees specific uptime (e.g. 99.9%) and compensation if breached. For business it's a legal reliability guarantee.

Amsterdam is one of the world's main internet hubs (AMS-IX) with excellent connectivity. The Netherlands offers low latency to Ukraine (25–35 ms), reliable infrastructure and permissive law.

25–35 ms from Kyiv to Amsterdam. For a regular site this is imperceptible, and routing to the rest of the world is among the best in Europe.

Bad
