A curated selection: VPS hosting in the USA with a free trial with ISPmanager on Linux with DDoS protection. We picked providers matching these criteria and sorted them by rating and real reviews.

What matters about this combination of criteria: A VPS gives dedicated resources and root access — full control over the server. US data centres suit American audiences and Forex on NYSE/NASDAQ. A trial lets you test the server before paying, with no risk. ISPmanager is a convenient localized panel with a lower licence cost. Linux is a stable, free foundation for most sites and applications. DDoS protection filters attack traffic before it reaches the server.

Bottom line: for most projects in Ukraine the ideal VPS means NVMe storage, a 99.9%+ SLA, a convenient panel and support in your language. Start with the ranking leaders above and compare them side by side.

Frequently asked questions

A VPS gives you dedicated resources (CPU, RAM, disk) and root access — you fully control the server. Shared hosting splits resources between sites and limits configuration.

Entry plans start at $1.5–4/mo for 1 vCPU and 1–2 GB RAM. A full-site configuration (2 vCPU, 4 GB RAM, NVMe) runs around $6–12/mo.

When your audience is in America, you run a SaaS targeting the US market or Forex robots on NYSE/NASDAQ. A US server gives minimal latency for American users.

120–160 ms depending on location (East Coast is closer). It's imperceptible for regular sites but noticeable for real-time apps — for a UA audience, Europe is better.

A trial is free access for a few days (often with no payment). Money-back means you pay but can get a refund within 14–30 days if it doesn't suit you. Both protect you from a bad purchase.

It depends on the provider. The most convenient offers are 7–10 days with no card required. Others ask for details but don't charge until the trial ends.

Good

Bad
