A curated selection: Dedicated servers in Europe with ISPmanager on Linux with DDoS protection. We picked providers matching these criteria and sorted them by rating and real reviews.

What matters about this combination of criteria: A dedicated server is 100% of a physical machine's resources with no neighbours. European sites combine low latency to UA with GDPR compliance. ISPmanager is a convenient localized panel with a lower licence cost. Linux is a stable, free foundation for most sites and applications. DDoS protection filters attack traffic before it reaches the server.

Bottom line: for most projects in Ukraine the ideal VPS means NVMe storage, a 99.9%+ SLA, a convenient panel and support in your language. Start with the ranking leaders above and compare them side by side.

Frequently asked questions

When you need guaranteed resources with no neighbours: high-load sites, large databases, rendering, video processing. When a VPS no longer suffices or maximum performance matters.

A dedicated server is a full physical machine just for you. A VPS is a virtual slice of a physical server shared with others. Dedicated costs more but gives 100% of the resources.

European data centres combine solid infrastructure, GDPR compliance and low latency to a Ukrainian audience (25–40 ms). It's the optimal balance of price, speed and stability.

Germany (Frankfurt) is Europe's largest internet hub with the best infrastructure. The Netherlands offers permissive law and proximity to UA. Poland is the cheapest option with low latency.

A control panel popular in Ukraine and the CIS, with a full feature set: sites, databases, email, users. It supports a Ukrainian interface.

A lower licence cost and localization. They're functionally similar, so ISPmanager is a good choice if you want cPanel-level features for less, especially on a VPS.

Good

Отличный хостинг. По скорости один из лучших, по цене тоже. те, кто тут выше его ругают - либо слишком нервные, либо им просто не повезло. Я несколько раз специально проводил сравнение с другими хостерами и в итоге оставался на фрихосте.
