A curated selection: Dedicated servers in Ukraine with ISPmanager with DDoS protection. We picked providers matching these criteria and sorted them by rating and real reviews.

What matters about this combination of criteria: A dedicated server is 100% of a physical machine's resources with no neighbours. Servers in Ukraine give minimal latency for a local audience. ISPmanager is a convenient localized panel with a lower licence cost. DDoS protection filters attack traffic before it reaches the server.

Bottom line: for most projects in Ukraine the ideal VPS means NVMe storage, a 99.9%+ SLA, a convenient panel and support in your language. Start with the ranking leaders above and compare them side by side.

Frequently asked questions

When you need guaranteed resources with no neighbours: high-load sites, large databases, rendering, video processing. When a VPS no longer suffices or maximum performance matters.

A dedicated server is a full physical machine just for you. A VPS is a virtual slice of a physical server shared with others. Dedicated costs more but gives 100% of the resources.

A server in Ukraine gives minimal latency for a local audience (under 5 ms), payment in UAH, native-language support and compliance with in-country data storage requirements.

Yes, leading data centres (Kyiv, Kharkiv, Dnipro) have backup power, generators and multiple uplinks. Confirm generator availability — it guarantees uptime during outages.

Good

Good
