A curated selection: Dedicated servers in the USA with ISPmanager on Windows. We picked providers matching these criteria and sorted them by rating and real reviews.

What matters about this combination of criteria: A dedicated server is 100% of a physical machine's resources with no neighbours. US data centres suit American audiences and Forex on NYSE/NASDAQ. ISPmanager is a convenient localized panel with a lower licence cost. Windows Server is needed for 1C, MS SQL, ASP.NET and .NET apps.

Bottom line: for most projects in Ukraine the ideal VPS means NVMe storage, a 99.9%+ SLA, a convenient panel and support in your language. Start with the ranking leaders above and compare them side by side.

Frequently asked questions

When you need guaranteed resources with no neighbours: high-load sites, large databases, rendering, video processing. When a VPS no longer suffices or maximum performance matters.

A dedicated server is a full physical machine just for you. A VPS is a virtual slice of a physical server shared with others. Dedicated costs more but gives 100% of the resources.

When your audience is in America, you run a SaaS targeting the US market or Forex robots on NYSE/NASDAQ. A US server gives minimal latency for American users.

120–160 ms depending on location (East Coast is closer). It's imperceptible for regular sites but noticeable for real-time apps — for a UA audience, Europe is better.

A control panel popular in Ukraine and the CIS, with a full feature set: sites, databases, email, users. It supports a Ukrainian interface.

A lower licence cost and localization. They're functionally similar, so ISPmanager is a good choice if you want cPanel-level features for less, especially on a VPS.

Good

Хороший хост, пользуюсь уже более года. Квалифицированная поддержка и есть мой любимый способ оплаты через монобанк, принимают карты. Претензий к стабильности работы у меня нет

Bad

Не знаю як він працює (можливо все задовільно), але відсутність на головній сторінці української мови, відштовхнула. Хоча хостинг позиціонує себе як український:(
