A curated selection: Dedicated servers in the USA with ISPmanager on Windows with DDoS protection. We picked providers matching these criteria and sorted them by rating and real reviews.

What matters about this combination of criteria: A dedicated server is 100% of a physical machine's resources with no neighbours. US data centres suit American audiences and Forex on NYSE/NASDAQ. ISPmanager is a convenient localized panel with a lower licence cost. Windows Server is needed for 1C, MS SQL, ASP.NET and .NET apps. DDoS protection filters attack traffic before it reaches the server.

Bottom line: for most projects in Ukraine the ideal VPS means NVMe storage, a 99.9%+ SLA, a convenient panel and support in your language. Start with the ranking leaders above and compare them side by side.

Frequently asked questions

When you need guaranteed resources with no neighbours: high-load sites, large databases, rendering, video processing. When a VPS no longer suffices or maximum performance matters.

A dedicated server is a full physical machine just for you. A VPS is a virtual slice of a physical server shared with others. Dedicated costs more but gives 100% of the resources.

When your audience is in America, you run a SaaS targeting the US market or Forex robots on NYSE/NASDAQ. A US server gives minimal latency for American users.

120–160 ms depending on location (East Coast is closer). It's imperceptible for regular sites but noticeable for real-time apps — for a UA audience, Europe is better.

A control panel popular in Ukraine and the CIS, with a full feature set: sites, databases, email, users. It supports a Ukrainian interface.

A lower licence cost and localization. They're functionally similar, so ISPmanager is a good choice if you want cPanel-level features for less, especially on a VPS.
