A curated selection: Dedicated servers with VestaCP on Linux. We picked providers matching these criteria and sorted them by rating and real reviews.

What matters about this combination of criteria: A dedicated server is 100% of a physical machine's resources with no neighbours. VestaCP is a free, open-source panel for self-administration. Linux is a stable, free foundation for most sites and applications.

Bottom line: for most projects in Ukraine the ideal VPS means NVMe storage, a 99.9%+ SLA, a convenient panel and support in your language. Start with the ranking leaders above and compare them side by side.

Frequently asked questions

Yes, VestaCP is fully free and open-source. That's its main advantage over cPanel or ISPmanager — you save on licensing, especially on your own VPS.
Linux is free, stable, secure and light on resources. Over 90% of the world's sites run on Linux, so all web technologies are optimized for it.
Ubuntu — most beginner-friendly with lots of documentation. Debian — maximally stable. AlmaLinux/Rocky — a CentOS replacement for those used to the RHEL ecosystem.

Bad

Хостинг - полное гавно. Ни один вменяемый человек там хоститься не будет, подойдет только для недалеких нищебродов. Больше гемора чем хостинга. По полгода нельзя выбить бэкапы собственного сайта.
