About the category
Hosting for developers
A curated selection: Hosting for developers. We picked providers matching these criteria and sorted them by rating and real reviews.
What matters about this combination of criteria: Developers need root access, OS choice and an API for automation.
Bottom line: for most projects in Ukraine the ideal VPS means NVMe storage, a 99.9%+ SLA, a convenient panel and support in your language. Start with the ranking leaders above and compare them side by side.

Yes, some providers offer hourly billing — handy for test environments needed for a few hours. Create, test, delete — you pay only for the runtime.

Around 40–55 ms. Imperceptible for a regular site; for a UA audience, closer sites (Poland, Ukraine) are better.

GoodОтличный хостинг.
