Almost always a Linux VPS with root access: you install the Python version, venv and a process manager (gunicorn/uvicorn) yourself. Shared only fits if the provider explicitly supports WSGI/Passenger.

GoodОтличный хостинг. По скорости один из лучших, по цене тоже. те, кто тут выше его ругают - либо слишком нервные, либо им просто не повезло. Я несколько раз специально проводил сравнение с другими хостерами и в итоге оставался на фрихосте.
