VPS hosting budget in Ukraine with a free trial with DDoS protection

A curated selection: VPS hosting budget in Ukraine with a free trial with DDoS protection. We picked providers matching these criteria and sorted them by rating and real reviews.

What matters about this combination of criteria: A VPS gives dedicated resources and root access — full control over the server. Budget plans suit small projects with no overpaying. Servers in Ukraine give minimal latency for a local audience. A trial lets you test the server before paying, with no risk. DDoS protection filters attack traffic before it reaches the server.

Bottom line: for most projects in Ukraine the ideal VPS means NVMe storage, a 99.9%+ SLA, a convenient panel and support in your language. Start with the ranking leaders above and compare them side by side.

Frequently asked questions

A VPS gives you dedicated resources (CPU, RAM, disk) and root access — you fully control the server. Shared hosting splits resources between sites and limits configuration.

Entry plans start at $1.5–4/mo for 1 vCPU and 1–2 GB RAM. A full-site configuration (2 vCPU, 4 GB RAM, NVMe) runs around $6–12/mo.

A low price isn't always bad. For a blog or landing page, a budget server (1–2 GB RAM, NVMe) is plenty. The key is to check uptime and support availability, not just price.

Low cost comes from the location (cheaper data centre rent), denser client packing or the absence of managed services. That's fine for small projects, but verify the virtualization type.

A server in Ukraine gives minimal latency for a local audience (under 5 ms), payment in UAH, native-language support and compliance with in-country data storage requirements.

Yes, leading data centres (Kyiv, Kharkiv, Dnipro) have backup power, generators and multiple uplinks. Confirm generator availability — it guarantees uptime during outages.

Bad

Сутки пытался связаться с поддержкой. Операция не завершилась успехом. О чем дальше говорить? Не рекомендую.

Good

Неплохой хостинг провайдер. Арендуем у них дедик. Сервер предоставили невероятно быстро, помогли запустить бесплатно. Доступ стабильный, качественный, работает слаженно.

Bad

Регулярно не работает сайт! Сначала думал это временно, но вот опять.. сижу а сайт вне доступа. Обещания красивые но на деле это не так. Очень разочаровался!

Good

Отличный хостинг. По скорости один из лучших, по цене тоже. те, кто тут выше его ругают - либо слишком нервные, либо им просто не повезло. Я несколько раз специально проводил сравнение с другими хостерами и в итоге оставался на фрихосте.
