A curated selection: VPS hosting with cPanel on Windows with DDoS protection. We picked providers matching these criteria and sorted them by rating and real reviews.

What matters about this combination of criteria: A VPS gives dedicated resources and root access — full control over the server. cPanel simplifies managing sites, databases and email with no command line. Windows Server is needed for 1C, MS SQL, ASP.NET and .NET apps. DDoS protection filters attack traffic before it reaches the server.

Bottom line: for most projects in Ukraine the ideal VPS means NVMe storage, a 99.9%+ SLA, a convenient panel and support in your language. Start with the ranking leaders above and compare them side by side.

Frequently asked questions

A VPS gives you dedicated resources (CPU, RAM, disk) and root access — you fully control the server. Shared hosting splits resources between sites and limits configuration.

Entry plans start at $1.5–4/mo for 1 vCPU and 1–2 GB RAM. A full-site configuration (2 vCPU, 4 GB RAM, NVMe) runs around $6–12/mo.

cPanel is the most popular hosting control panel. Through a clear web interface you manage sites, databases, email, domains and SSL with no command line.

Yes, it's one of the most user-friendly panels: one-click CMS install (Softaculous), graphical file and backup management. Ideal if you're not a sysadmin.

A Windows VPS is essential for apps that only run on Windows: 1C, MS SQL Server, ASP.NET, .NET software and corporate systems. For regular websites, Linux is better and cheaper.

With most providers, yes — the Windows Server licence is included in the plan price. Confirm the version (2019/2022) and licence type (Standard/Datacenter) before ordering.

Bad

Медленные vps на sata дисках. Администрирование на windows vps нет. Отзывы покупают за 10$. Не советую.

Good

Bad
