About the category
VPS hosting with cPanel with DDoS protection
A curated selection: VPS hosting with cPanel with DDoS protection. We picked providers matching these criteria and sorted them by rating and real reviews.
What matters about this combination of criteria: A VPS gives dedicated resources and root access — full control over the server. cPanel simplifies managing sites, databases and email with no command line. DDoS protection filters attack traffic before it reaches the server.
Bottom line: for most projects in Ukraine the ideal VPS means NVMe storage, a 99.9%+ SLA, a convenient panel and support in your language. Start with the ranking leaders above and compare them side by side.

Frequently asked questions
A VPS gives you dedicated resources (CPU, RAM, disk) and root access — you fully control the server. Shared hosting splits resources between sites and limits configuration.
Entry plans start at $1.5–4/mo for 1 vCPU and 1–2 GB RAM. A full-site configuration (2 vCPU, 4 GB RAM, NVMe) runs around $6–12/mo.
cPanel is the most popular hosting control panel. Through a clear web interface you manage sites, databases, email, domains and SSL with no command line.
Yes, it's one of the most user-friendly panels: one-click CMS install (Softaculous), graphical file and backup management. Ideal if you're not a sysadmin.
Traffic passes through a filtering system that blocks attack packets before they reach the server. There's network-level (L3/L4 — volumetric attacks) and application-level (L7 — HTTP-flood).
It depends on the provider: basic protection usually covers attacks up to 10–100 Gbps. Stronger attacks need premium protection (Cloudflare, Stormwall) as a separate service.
