Frequently asked questions

With a 99.9%+ uptime SLA, daily backups, priority support and guaranteed resources (KVM VPS or dedicated server). Stability matters more than the lowest price.

An SLA is a service-level agreement where the provider guarantees specific uptime (e.g. 99.9%) and compensation if breached. For business it's a legal reliability guarantee.

cPanel is the most popular hosting control panel. Through a clear web interface you manage sites, databases, email, domains and SSL with no command line.

Yes, it's one of the most user-friendly panels: one-click CMS install (Softaculous), graphical file and backup management. Ideal if you're not a sysadmin.

Not fully. 'Unlimited traffic' means no counter under a fair-use policy. Hard limits often hide in inodes, CPU and process count.

A fair-use policy: resources are 'unlimited' as long as your site behaves like a normal site, not your own data centre. Exceeding the load can trigger restrictions.

Bad

Good
