Hosting for developers with cPanel
A curated selection: Hosting for developers with cPanel. We picked providers matching these criteria and sorted them by rating and real reviews.
What matters about this combination of criteria: Developers need root access, OS choice and an API for automation. cPanel simplifies managing sites, databases and email with no command line.
Bottom line: for most projects in Ukraine the ideal VPS means NVMe storage, a 99.9%+ SLA, a convenient panel and support in your language. Start with the ranking leaders above and compare them side by side.

Frequently asked questions
A KVM VPS with root access, any-OS choice, the ability to upload a custom ISO and an API/CLI for code-based management. NVMe disks speed up builds and database work.
Yes, some providers offer hourly billing — handy for test environments needed for a few hours. Create, test, delete — you pay only for the runtime.
cPanel is the most popular hosting control panel. Through a clear web interface you manage sites, databases, email, domains and SSL with no command line.
Yes, it's one of the most user-friendly panels: one-click CMS install (Softaculous), graphical file and backup management. Ideal if you're not a sysadmin.
Not fully. 'Unlimited traffic' means no counter under a fair-use policy. Hard limits often hide in inodes, CPU and process count.
A fair-use policy: resources are 'unlimited' as long as your site behaves like a normal site, not your own data centre. Exceeding the load can trigger restrictions.
