About the category

VPS hosting for developers in Ukraine on Linux

A curated selection: VPS hosting for developers in Ukraine on Linux. We picked providers matching these criteria and sorted them by rating and real reviews.

What matters about this combination of criteria: A VPS gives dedicated resources and root access — full control over the server. Developers need root access, OS choice and an API for automation. Servers in Ukraine give minimal latency for a local audience. Linux is a stable, free foundation for most sites and applications.

Bottom line: for most projects in Ukraine the ideal VPS means NVMe storage, a 99.9%+ SLA, a convenient panel and support in your language. Start with the ranking leaders above and compare them side by side.

Frequently asked questions

A VPS gives you dedicated resources (CPU, RAM, disk) and root access — you fully control the server. Shared hosting splits resources between sites and limits configuration.
Entry plans start at $1.5–4/mo for 1 vCPU and 1–2 GB RAM. A full-site configuration (2 vCPU, 4 GB RAM, NVMe) runs around $6–12/mo.
A KVM VPS with root access, any-OS choice, the ability to upload a custom ISO and an API/CLI for code-based management. NVMe disks speed up builds and database work.
Yes, some providers offer hourly billing — handy for test environments needed for a few hours. Create, test, delete — you pay only for the runtime.
A server in Ukraine gives minimal latency for a local audience (under 5 ms), payment in UAH, native-language support and compliance with in-country data storage requirements.
Yes, leading data centres (Kyiv, Kharkiv, Dnipro) have backup power, generators and multiple uplinks. Confirm generator availability — it guarantees uptime during outages.

Очень быстро реагируют на тикеты, в любой момент ответят на Ваш вопрос. В общем лучшей поддержки я еще не видел, в сравнении с моим предыдущем хостингом где за поддержку нужно было платить если что-то серьезное, то это небо и земля.
